I’m Laura— microblading artist, mentor, educator, entrepreneur, and mom of two. My journey in the beauty world started when I was just 10, sweeping salon floors and soaking in the magic of entrepreneurship in my parents’ shop. I took a detour through college, got my degree in Accounting, and spent a couple years in the corporate world... but my heart craved more. More creativity, more freedom, more purpose.
So I returned to my roots — first as a barber for 5 years, then took a leap of faith and studied the art of microblading in São Paulo, Brazil. That moment changed everything. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women feel powerful, confident, and beautiful through the magic of eyebrow transformations.

Rafaela Pillosio
With over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in natural-looking semi-permanent makeup for eyebrows and lips, including advanced techniques such as nanoblading. She is also highly skilled in lash extensions (all techniques), lash lifting, and brow lamination.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetics from Brazil, revalidated in the U.S. through IFCS, and has completed over 32 certifications in the field. Currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Cosmetic Aesthetics, she has also worked as an educator and speaker for the past 6 years, training students in both Brazil and Europe.
Her techniques bring together years of international experience—from Brazil to Europe to the United States—always focusing on precision, natural results, and client confidence.
